喜报 | 岭南设计喜获2022年度大湾区城市设计大奖专业组别两项提名奖

— 奖项介绍 —

设立大湾区城市设计大奖的目的是通过表扬在粤港澳大湾区（大湾区）开展的城市设计优秀作品，以及加强在大湾区工作的城市设计、规划、建筑、风景园林设计、工程、测量及其他相关领域的专业人士和机构间的交流合作，持续提升大湾区城市设计水平，并探索推动大湾区城市设计领域的专业资格互认机制。

The objective of the GBA Urban Design Awards is to elevate the overall urban design standard in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Grezater Bay Area (GBA), and explore a mechanism for mutual recognition of professional qualifications in urban design in the Greater Bay Area through recognising excellence in urban design related projects in the GBA and fostering collaboration and exchange among urban designers, planners, architects, landscape architects, engineers, surveyors and other urban design professionals, companies and organisations in the GBA.

石岩河-牛牯斗水库全长11.48Km,地处粤港澳大湾区的核心区之一——深圳市。

“生态石岩、幸福河街、魅力产城”的设计愿景以河流景观作为蓝绿骨架，融合韧性自然和韧性社区，旨在创造出具有社会包容性、生态健康、气候适应和文化吸引力的韧性滨水空间。

石岩河碧道使石岩城更具生态的城市基底、更多元的街区生活文化、更具魅力的产业空间。河流成为实现生态修复、社会经济繁荣平衡、加速城市更新、带动传统产业升级向高端产业转型的利器。

Shiyanhe-Niugudou Reservoir is 11.48 km long and is located in Shenzhen, one of the core areas of the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.

The design vision of "Ecological Rock, Happy River Street and Charming Industrial City" takes the river landscape as the blue-green skeleton, integrates resilient nature and resilient communities, and aims to create a resilient waterfront space with social inclusion, ecological health, climate adaptation and cultural attraction.

Shiyan River and Bidao make Shiyan City have a more ecological urban base, more yuan of street life culture, and more attractive industrial space. Rivers have become a sharp tool to achieve ecological restoration, social and economic prosperity and balance, accelerate urban renewal, and drive the upgrading of traditional industries to high-end industries.

鰜鱼洲位于东江和厚街水道的交汇处，三面环水，从空中俯瞰，形如鰜鱼，以此得名“鰜鱼洲”。鰜鱼洲是东莞早期的工业厂区，地块内共6处建筑被纳入东莞市历史建筑名录，此外还有33栋建筑属于Ⅰ、Ⅱ类保护建筑。通过全新布局，有机改造，城市造园，活力激发四大策略来实现鰜鱼洲重生。过去，这里是东莞精神的缩影，未来，这里是承接东莞记忆的承载地。

Located at the junction of Dongjiang River and Houjie Waterway, the fish island is surrounded by water on three sides and looks like a fish when viewed from the air, hence its name "fish island". Jianyuzhou is an early industrial plant in Dongguan. A total of 6 buildings in the plot have been included in the list of historical buildings in Dongguan. In addition, 33 buildings belong to Class I and II protected buildings. Through the four strategies of new layout, organic transformation, urban gardening, and vitality stimulation, we can realize the rebirth of Yuzhou. In the past, this is the epitome of Dongguan's spirit. In the future, this is the carrier of Dongguan's memory.
